Just to add, I am running php 8.1 on an appache server using cpanel. Uploaded all my files via FTP. Got to the point of completing the mysql database and then went to the admin screen but its broken. Surely this has been checked since releasing joomla 5? This is my first installation of joomla5, have installed all other previous versions of joomla, but have been very reluctant to install joomla 5 before now...... and now I know why. I dont think I will be using joomla 5 for at least another year.
